Vol. 2 (2017): CLASSICS AND 'UNTAMED' LITERATURE. TRANSLATION AND RECEPTION
The second volume of the journal is devoted to the transfer of classical literary texts that have found their place in the receiving culture, to works condemned to "receptionist resistance", thus (still) in the peripheral spaces of reception, and to literary expressions awaiting cultural displacement and/or assimilation. The considered issues of reception, as one of the elements of the process of cultural transfer and intercultural relations defined in the background, are complemented by the phenomenon of literary translation understood as the main driving force of intercultural communication.
